
Bell Integrator partners with IFS to empower telecom carriers with mobile workforce management solution
Deploying MWFM will enable telecom providers to automate the processes of
generating instructions, sending them to mobile employees within the company's
structural departments and monitoring their performance, thereby substantially
increasing the efficiency of mobile resource utilization.
MWFM will provide telecom operators with a set of standardized
interactive tools for facilitating communications between dispatchers and
mobile service technicians. With MWFM, the management of telecom service
providers can in real time monitor and analyze the reasons for delays and
employee downtimes, set priorities for emergency and scheduled repairs and also
get real-time information on the needs of business units for specific resources
and structural arrangements to facilitate business development.
The automation of management processes helps optimize transportation
routes and ensure an even distribution of workload between mobile employees,
while increasing productivity and reducing transportation costs. This will have
a positive impact on compliance with service level agreements (SLA) as well as
on the overall quality of delivered telecommunication services.
The end users of the solution are dispatcher groups who issue work
orders, mobile engineers, first level support teams (Helpdesk), and system
administrators. They can obtain real-time information on work orders, required
diagrams and documents, and upload status visualizations for sites and
equipment to the solution.
