    • Execute on Sales strategy around Neuton.ai, our SaaS product in Artificial Intelligence & Advanced Analytics space
    • Learn & understand Neuton, our target audience and our prospective clients well.
    • Experience in solutions selling
    • Interest in emerging technologies such as Neural networks, Artificial intelligence, automation, predictive analytics, augmented reality is ideal.
    • Experience in Cloud Technologies or Managed services ideal and considered a plus.

    We are looking for an experienced and goal-driven Sales Manager that will spearhead the growth of our recently released AutoML Solution Neuton. The successful candidate will play an important role in achieving quick customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. In order to be successful you must have at least 3 years of experience in preferably both B2B and B2C IT sales. You must have an extensive experience in using Email, LinkedIn, CRM and comfortable making connections via Zoom/Skype/Slack chats or calls every day.

    Neuton® is a Neural Network Framework and Automated Machine Learning solution that makes Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning available to everyone:

    • Very easy to use and no coding and data science experience required to leverage AIVery easy to use and no coding and data science experience required to leverage AI
    • Resulting models are downloadable, very compact, fast and accurate with fewer training samples required
    • Google Cloud Platform SaaS solution

    Responsibilities:

    • Experience in negotiating subscription based products (strong plus)
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals consistently
    • Understand customer requirements, main points and match them with Neuton.
    • Source new sales opportunities through outbound reach, cold emails, LinkedIn connections, Zoom/Skype/Slack chats or phone calls to reach out to prospective customers.
    • Up sale existing customers
    • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
    • Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high potential new customers.
    • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
    • Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas.
    • Perform effective online demos to prospects.
    • Manage customer queries.

    Collaborate closely with key cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Services, and Delivery Experience working in a Global company with global service and delivery capabilities including offshore teams in multicultural environment in multiple time zones.

  • Expectations

    • Hard skills:
      • 2-3 years in an applied data science role
      • Fluency with scripting (Python or R)
      • Hands-on experience with pandas, numpy, sklearn, matplotlib, seaborn, xgboost or R corresponding packages
      • Ability to independently perform complete machine learning projects including data cleaning/processing, EDA, hypothesis generation/testing, feature engineering, algorithm selection/tuning/validation, and generation of experiment reports
      • Knowledge of metrics definitions and differences, and metrics optimization techniques
      • Understanding of Logistic/Linear regression, Decision Trees/Random Forest/Boosted Trees/ neural networks frameworks
      • Ability to explain strong and weak points of the above algorithms’ applications
      • Strong knowledge of Statistics
    • Soft skills:
      • Fluent in English
      • Exceptional verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills
      • Readiness to work as needed, across both Russian and US time zones.
      • Strong record of successful and positive interactions with customers
      • Strong project management skills
      • Readiness to relocate to the US office

    • Lead Account Data Scientist (LADS) is a critical role within the Neuton team, aimed at ensuring both customers success and appreciation while using the product. An ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of fundamentals in both applied data science and statistics, as applicable to business settings. The LADS is both comfortable solving complex data driven problems, and effectively communicating abstract mathematical concepts to customers.
